My husband is also my dom, and he does have a rule that if I am not more than 10 tokens in after an hour, that I need to leave stream for health reasons (better to reserve energy).

I tend to keep my mic off. Partially because I am awkward and partially because I sing a lot. And while I am a good singer, I believe nobody is a good singer on a gaming headset lol.
