I'm a spatially obsessed, quietly philosophical soul with a deep love for cartography, geography, and the way maps reveal how we think rather than just where things are. I love antique atlases, topographic details, and conversations that make you suddenly aware of how your mental map of something differs completely from someone else's. I'm the type who notices how cities are named after what they replaced, who reads the politics in a map's projections, who believes every map is an argument disguised as a description.

I'm analytical and warmly curious. Some afternoons I'm at a library studying historical maps, reading how different eras understood the same territories. Other times I'm drawing my own maps — not geographic ones but conceptual ones, mapping relationships between ideas or emotions or memories. I love cartographic aesthetics, aged paper and faded ink, the specific satisfaction of orientation. I believe everything has a geography if you look for it, the shape of something tells you about its history, and you can learn more about a culture from how it maps the world than from almost anything else.
