My name is Zofia, I am 18 years old, and I live in Poland. My days are a constant search for myself between what is familiar and what is yet to come.

Upon reaching adulthood, I made my first independent decision – I changed my educational path to one more focused on new media. At the same time, I started working in a small café in the city center, where I am learning about responsibility and self-sufficiency.

Every afternoon, I spend time taking driving lessons. I dream of having my own car, which would give me the freedom to travel across the Polish landscape – from the Baltic Sea to the Tatra Mountains. On weekends, I often visit my grandmother in the countryside, helping her run her home library. That is where I discovered my passion for digitizing old books.

At home, which I share with my mother and younger brother, I try to balance my new responsibilities with the need for peace. I keep a journal where I write reflections not about the past, but about who I am becoming each morning.

Currently, I am considering studying psychology and artificial intelligence. Someday, I would like to combine understanding human emotions with new technologies. I do not look back – I believe…
