Follow me into the night of the unknown

My world is woven from darkness and metal. My bible is Saw: stories about how people cut themselves open to survive. I tap out their rhythm on the drums, and in my headphones I hear the heavy roar of guitars, even though I am a music lover and any pain that has become music resonates with me.

I release darkness onto paper: I draw what others turn away from. My taste is refined in the German strictness: harsh language, reliable clothing, and fast cars.

All my life I have been drawn to the aesthetics of death. My collection includes old scalpels that remember the warmth of operating rooms and entomology. But the collection is incomplete. I want a crocodile skull with an eternal grin and a shark's mouth with rows of teeth still ready to attack. In my world, beauty is the perfection of a predator, calmed down forever.
